本项目是使用Paddle工具库实现的一个PaddleOCR垂类场景。原始数据集是一系列电度表的照片,类型较多,需要完成电表的读数识别,对于有编号的电表,还要完成其编号的识别。
最后,将识别结果结合OpenVINO的部署和PaddleSpeech的流式语音合成能力,构建电表点读系统,实现电表读数和编号实时识别与点读。
该项目将为传统电表的智能抄表巡检和后台数据记录提供更加便捷的服务。
解压缩PaddleSpeech提供的流式语音合成推理文件到model
