NIC(Neural Image Codec)是由IEEE Data Compression Standard Committee(DCSC)的未来视频编码研究组维护的一种图像编码参考软件。NIC旨在探索基于深度神经网络的端到端可学习图像压缩。
将NIC作为OpenI海参3.0版本进行开源。
