开启多个首页时，只有最近打开的首页才会显示最新动态

复现步骤：
1.开启多个chrome，为便于描述，简记为A、B
2.A打开首页
3.B打开首页
4.在公开项目上做任意操作，比如新建任务、关闭任务、评论任务等
5.观察A的动态、B的动态
期望结果：最新动态显示在A、B
实际结果：最新动态只显示在最近打开的首页，即B

不是bug。设计如此。
一段时间不活跃，就不会推送数据了。
