点击推理任务列表的模型名称，应自动显示模型tab页签

复现步骤：

去项目设置——高级设置，取消勾选【启用模型管理】，点击更新项目设置
去云脑——推理任务页面，点击模型名称

期望结果：
1.进入模型详情页
2.展示模型tab

实际结果：
1.PASS
2.Fail。模型tab仍然隐藏。

1、模型页签中有模型，模型页签一直显示，项目设置中不能设置不显示模型页签。
2、云脑页签中有任务（调试、训练、推理等任务都算），云脑页签一直显示，项目设置中不能设置不显示云脑页签。

需求方案已经调整，这种场景不再存在。关闭此单。
模型、云脑tab有内容时，不能隐藏该tab页。

另外提了任务 #1335 。

模型、云脑tab有内容时，不能隐藏该tab页。

这种场景仍然存在，已经修复。
创建好推理任务后，把模型全部删除。此时点击推理任务列表的模型名称，界面会提示“该模型已删除，无法查看”。
