现网发现有部分用户代码仓非常大，可以进行优化：
1、限制代码仓大小。
2、适当提示用户数据集可以放到数据集页签，代码仓只放代码。

1、单次最多上传10个文件，每个文件不超过30MB。
2、代码仓最多允许存放3G。
3、超过限制，提示用户。

通过测试，关闭此单。但是由于存在 issue #1880 代码仓大小显示不准，计算并不准确。
