复现步骤：
1.创建新模型
2.查看模型名称，默认值
期望结果：项目名称_model_4位随机字符。比如中文test_model_0s99
实际结果：项目路径_model_4位随机字符。比如wjTes202203110934014_model_0s99
中文名项目的模型名称默认值应使用项目名称作前缀to 【导入新模型】中文名项目的模型名称默认值应使用项目名称作前缀 2 years ago会造成：推理任务列表，模型名称与状态列有一部分样式重叠。
因为这种自动生成的模型名称，超过了导入新模型时允许用户输入的最大长度模型名称。
前端只处理了重叠的问题。
