正式环境可以复现。非fix-jobname分支引入（分支填错了，没办法改）。
历史训练任务结果下载点击文件报500to 【权限】训练任务结果下载对无权限的人应置灰文件名 2 years ago已修改，需要合到哪个里程碑
代码还没合入里程碑分支。建议合入了，再标记为test。
通过测试，关闭此单。
