【统一搜索】输入空的关键词后搜索结果页面tab页签都不可切换

输入空的关键词后，搜索结果页面目前tab页签都不可切换，建议修改，下面两种修改方法都可以：
方法1、输入空关键词，单击搜素，程序不执行搜索，结果页面的tab页签保留上次搜索结果，tab页签可以继续切换；
方法2、输入空关键词，单击搜索，清空搜索结果，提示用户输入关键词搜索；类似下面截图效果。

发现问题：

换关键词搜索后，“请输入任意关键字开始搜索”字样未消失
输入连续空格去搜索，后台也执行了搜索动作。应过滤掉。
空关键字敲回车，未触发搜索。应加上。
