偶现，还没找到规律，如之前的https://git.openi.org.cn/zeizei/9999/datasets
报错原因：在获取数据集列表的时候，后台会去查file_chunk表以获取文件的MD5，此时发现file_chunk表中没有对应的记录了，因此报错了。
暂未查明是被删除了还是没有插入成功
解决方案：在file_chunk没有对应记录的情况下，设置数据集文件的MD5值为"no_record"
已解决，可测试。
无法复现这个bug。
通过改db的方式造了测试数据，验证通过，关闭此单。
对这类数据集文件，用户可以在网页端看见，也能下载，只不过拷贝MD5值会是no_record。
