1、后台查看数据集未上传完整
2、查看日志发现总共755个分片，只上传成功了305个分片，怀疑是网络问题，导致中间部分分片上传不成功
3、需要用户删除之后重新上传
已解决，可测试。
后台改动通过测试。
改完的效果是：若中间有分片上传失败了，最后不会让这个文件上传成功，后台返回500。
但前端停留在90%多，需要改一下界面提示，单独提了issue #1987 。
