镜像管理后台，未对镜像地址作校验。直接填任意字符，就可成功新建镜像。
需要产品确认下需求。

地址填的可以是云脑镜像地址，DOCKER hub镜像地址，属于管理后台易用性功能，不需要做校验，正确性由进行操作的管理员保证，如果填错，删除镜像记录重新提交即可。
