复现步骤：
1.新建gpu调试任务
2.不选数据集，直接提交
3.不选镜像，直接提交
期望结果：步骤2、步骤3，均有必填项未填写。此时请求不用发送给后端，直接前端报错
实际结果：
1.步骤2，前端报错
2.步骤3，请求发给后端，后端报错
