自动给项目添加默认头像

Description

目前大家缺乏设置项目头像的意识，项目列表中展示的项目有部分未设置头像，不美观，可添加多个默认图片自动设置成头像，或者根据项目名称字母自动生成头像，也可以将头像设置为必选项。

用户没设置头像时，取拥有者首字母，背景颜色随机。

用大写字母

总共修改了5个页面：项目广场（3个tab页：热门、活跃、最近更新)、个人信息(2个tab页：项目列表、已点赞)。
组织主页的项目列表，目前是维持原状，没有加这个默认头像。
