GPU环境建立训练任务后可能会出现显示错误，任务处于“waiting”状态，但是却有“运行时长”显示。
测试案例：任务deng202206121518104
dbone_yolox_batch8_num4_x_svfnew1lr5这个云脑任务也有同样的问题
不能100%复现，云脑1侧的偶发现象引起。
开发环境下新建waiting状态的gpu训练任务，试了5次没出现该问题。上线后再观察。
正式环境下仍然存在该问题。重新开启。
云脑1侧的任务从waiting变为running后，还有可能会变回waiting。依赖云脑1解决。
