有几个云脑任务创建后马上删除了，但等待时间有几百个小时，其状态是WAITING状态，开始运行时间和结束运行时间都为0。
复现步骤：npu训练任务waiting状态时，在详情页面删除。
删除后，waiting时长不再往上涨。通过测试。
