#2411 【选多个数据集】再次选择数据集文件时不点击确定就生效了

复现步骤：
1.新建云脑调试任务，点击选择数据集
2.勾选A.zip，点击确定
3.新建任务页面，数据集字段显示A.zip
4.再次点击选择数据集，增加勾选B.zip，不点击确定，直接关闭弹窗
5.查看页面上的数据集字段
期望结果：不变。仍然是A.zip
实际结果：A.zip;B.zip

多次操作后，会出现数据集字段的值 和 选择数据集页面已选数据文件 不一致的情况。
复现路径不明，需要查下代码逻辑。

设计如此。
1.选择数据集页面已选数据文件，会保存用户上一次操作的结果，即使未点确定；
2.点击确定后，已选文件会同步到新建任务页面
3.若刷新了网页，选择数据集页面已选数据文件会清空
