【数字看板】用户和项目趋势分析页面，新增字段和累计分别用不同的纵坐标

【现有问题】用户和项目趋势分析页面，累计字段的数量比较大，纵坐标划分的单位刻度比较大，按时间的趋势线近似于一条水平横线，无法体现变化趋势。
【建议解决方法】
1、项目分析 > 增长趋势分析页面，新增字段和累计分别用不同的纵坐标，“累计项目”增长趋势单独用纵坐标，最小值为选中时间范围内的最小值。
2、用户分析 > 增长趋势分析页面，累计注册用户、累计已激活、累计有贡献活动用同一个纵坐标，最小值为选中时间范围内的最小值。

效果没达到。

用户的改了，项目的没改。

通过测试。
