复现步骤：
1.新建gpu推理任务，选择1个启动文件带语法错误
2.任务运行结束后，查看任务状态
期望结果：FAILED （一样的train.py，一样的配置，正式环境是会failed）
实际结果：SUCCEEDED
gpu推理、gpu评测都有这个问题。
