复现步骤：
前提条件：同一个项目下
1.新建npu训练任务task
2.在task入库之前，继续以task为名称新建npu训练任务
3.查看页面报错信息
期望结果：提示信息友好
实际结果：页面直接打印"template: repo/modelarts/trainjob/index:59:19: executing "repo/modelarts/trainjob/index" at <len .Tasks>: error calling len: len of untyped nil"
已经修复。现在会提示：“您已经创建了同名任务，系统处理中，请您稍候。”
