zip文件会解压到当前文件夹下

tar.gz会新建一个数据集文件名的目录，然后解压到这个目录下；例如a.tar.gz会解压到a目录下

实现不一致，如果用户使用过zip文件和tar.gz文件，加载数据集的方式会有差异，影响用户感受。

验证方式：选择单数据集，分别是zip、tar.gz格式，跑智算npu训练。都能成功。
