1、新建调试任务、训练任务页面，增加容器目录、样例代码、资源说明等图文提示，方便新手用户更容易关注到这些提示信息。
2、容器目录、样例代码会根据用户选择的算力集群、计算资源而变化显示。

目前已实现统一采用c2net 库访问数据集、模型、训练脚本、训练输出，在新建任务页面右侧也增加了访问这些内容的样例代码，故关闭该任务。
