超算任务是提供一个环境给用户，并不运行脚本。 创建环境失败无法提供给用户有价值的信息，都需要后端根据日志定位和虎鲸一起定位，所以没有必要展示失败日志或原因

广州超算任务详情页新增【任务运行状况】页，正常退出的任务能显示成功。
因任务运行失败场景不好造，待上线后有失败任务时再测试失败场景
