正式环境存在该问题。

复现步骤：
1.新建训练任务taskA, 训练任务运行结束后，会收到算力资源使用结束提醒-微信通知
2.查看微信通知中的任务名为taskA，任务创建时间、结束运行时间都对得上
3.微信中，点击查看详情
期望结果：打开taskA的任务详情页面
实际结果：打开的任务名是 zezho202303100079903
