2.后台配置专属应用场景：组织A，智算中心A，4卡
3.组织A下的用户userA新建训练任务，选择智算集群、NPU资源，选择4卡规格，查看镜像列表有值
4.组织A下的用户userA新建智算NPU训练任务，选择4卡规格后查看镜像列表
期望结果：有镜像可以选择
实际结果：镜像列表空
测试环境部署代码不是最新的。关闭。
