当前正式环境存在该现象。
启智集群GPU规格全部下架后，点击新建推理任务、新建评测任务按钮后，等了2分钟，页面才加载出来。

推理任务：启智GPU已经下架，迁移到智算GPU；
评测任务：GPU评测任务已经去掉。
目前该问题已经修复。
