天数GPGPU调试任务running后，在容器中新开notebook，会弹窗error starting kernel。
天数GPGPU调试，目前提供2个镜像：
corex3.1.1-pytorch1.13.1-bi-notebook
corex3.2.0-pytorch1.13.1-mr-notebook
都有这个现象。
最新效果：不弹error窗了，但是notebook实际上没kernel、无法执行python代码。
已验证这两个镜像：notebook有kernel了，可以执行python代码。关闭。
