再次调试后调用prepare()方法，会覆盖掉code目录下的代码改动。待确认需求：修改该功能 OR 对用户作出提示？ @tanglj
增加标识，如果已调用过prepare()方法，再次调用prepare()方法时不再覆盖。
最新效果：prepare()第2次调用不会覆盖code、dataset、pretrainmodel目录，若对应目录下有标记文件。
