【镜像管理】镜像被分享后不支持用户取消分享

镜像被分享后不支持用户取消分享，若用户误操作将镜像分享后，不能取消分享。
目前数据集和算法被分享后，支持取消分享

现状：
任务模板里有记录镜像的能力，如果模板里记录了后来又取消分享的镜像，又会产生新问题，所以之前没做镜像取消分享功能

但是目前算法和数据集保持到模板中了，取消分享，照常可以用

镜像新增“取消分享”功能，取消分享后，公共镜像界面看不到已取消分享的镜像；
取消分享后，原使用该公共镜像创建的训练任务模板，页面弹出提示不能再使用该镜像提交训练任务；
取消分享后，原使用该公共镜像创建的正在运行的训练任务不受影响；
已分享的数据集，取消分享后，原使用该公共数据集创建的训练任务模板，提交任务页面弹出提示数据集不可用；
已分享的算法，取消分享后，原使用该公共算法创建的训练任务模板，提交任务页面弹出提示算法不可用；
测试通过
