The CT scans consist of between 148 and 241 axial slices (depending on body size) of 512x512 voxels. Voxel resolution was either 1.27x1.27 or 0.977x0.977, both with a slice thickness of 2.5mm. The scans were acquired with a full-bladder drinking protocol, meaning that patients were asked to drink 300 ml of water on hour prior to treatment. Most patients were scanned in prone position using a belly board, but for practical reasons some patients were scanned in supine position (patient numbers 1577656, 1689606, 2609008, 5463446, 5681868, 6770262, 6798630) In all patients, markers were implanted around the cervix but these were not used for patient setup. For most patients four markers were implanted. The standard registration data was generated by ElastiX.
