db.ini中修改数据库初始化配置
config.ini中修改获取资源信息的间隔时间，默认为3秒
resource.sql为数据库建表sql代码
程序自动从数据库的branchcenter表中读取分中心的website(地址)和token，获取到资源信息后写入数据库，因此如果增加新的分中心，应手动往数据库中填入新的分中心的信息(branchcenter_id,website,client_id,client_secret等)
每隔200次获取，程序自动更新branchcenter表的token
