目的都是将PyTorch代码更好的运行在昇腾上。他们侧重点不同，msFmkTransplt是将PyTorch GPU代码转换到PyTorch NPU代码，需要安装PyTorch Ascend。MSAdapter是将PyTorch接口封装MindSpore实现，后端运行的是MindSpore，在昇腾上能获得好的性能和支持。
