在训练作业列表增加导入模型的入口

用户除了在模型管理页签导入新模型，创建模型新版本，还可以在查看训练作业详情时，直接将当前查看的训练作业的模型导入模型管理中。

1、在查看训练作业详情页面，单击“创建模型”按钮，打开导入新模型页面。
2、每次单击“创建模型”都是导入一个新模型，即使是同一个训练作业的两个版本分别单击创建模型，也是创建两个新模型。
3、训练作业详情页面的作业名称和版本默认填充到导入新模型页面对应字段中。
4、历史项目中，默认把模型管理页签显示出来。或者在创建模型时把当前项目的模型管理页签配置为显示。

通过测试，关闭此单。
有时候，浏览器会弹窗“离开此网站”。如下图。是浏览器自发行为，后面再看是否要优化。
