复现步骤：

  1. 新建云脑任务
  2. 对同类型的云脑任务，点击继续调试。包括：云脑1、云脑2
  3. 界面会提示“you have already a running or waiting task, can not create more”
  4. 比较步骤2中提示语出来的等待时间
    期望结果：差不多
    实际结果：不一样。1个1秒、1个4秒。4秒有点久，建议优化。
