数据集文件上传时，若最终后台返回500 error，前端只会进度条停留在90%多，建议优化提示。
例如场景： #1972 ， 数据集文件上传时，有中间分片上传失败。
通过测试，关闭此单。
目前的效果是：若中间有分片上传失败，后面的分片继续上传成功，进度条仍然会一直往前走。最后后台返回500 error，前台显示“上传失败。”。
后续可以优化，比如自动重传上传失败的分片。
