【易用性建议】关于邮件易用性建议

建议在项目主页上添加“接收/拒绝此项目更新通知邮件”的按钮，同时在账号“个人设置”里面添加对所关注项目邮件通知的分级处理办法，例如设置不接收某些项目的邮件通知，接收某些项目所有的邮件通知等。

1、项目视图，关注按钮拆分为三个菜单：不关注、关注但不提醒动态、关注所有动态。单击“关注”按钮，展开菜单下拉列表。默认不关注。现有已关注的项目，统一调整为“关注所有动态”。是否发送消息，邮件和站内通知保持一致。
2、设置 > 账号 > 管理邮箱地址，新注册用户，默认值修改为“只在被提到时邮件通知”。
3、项目视图关注按钮和设置页面管理邮箱地址的优先级，维持现状，即设置页面管理邮箱地址优先级高于项目视图关注按钮。例如：我关注某个项目所有动态，但在设置页面选择了“停用邮件通知”，那这个项目的动态就不能发邮件给我了。
