新建智算npu调试任务后，查看任务状态。
同样的任务，项目-云脑任务列表显示WAITING, 数字看板-云脑任务列表显示PENDING，此时查看db也是pending。
【调试任务】智算调试任务在数字看板会显示pending状态to 【调试任务】有时候智算调试任务在数字看板会显示pending状态 1 year ago数字看板的云脑任务列表，智算调试任务名称的url不对。可能是这个引起的。
已经修复。正式环境无法复现。
