目前云脑2部署的删除操作已经镶嵌在了NPU训练任务删除接口中：
1）若清理时部署任务是终态则会将部署任务一并删除
2）若清理时部署任务正在运行，则删除接口会报错，清理的定时任务逻辑需要处理一下报错
