复现步骤：
期望结果：
若上传失败，则提示有部分分片上传失败，提示用户还需要重新上传。
实际结果：
有一些分片上传失败了。但是前端交互是这样的：
进度条从0慢慢涨到100%，提示上传成功。接着跳转到数据集文件列表页面、列表并无这个文件。
最新效果：只要有上传失败的分片，最终都会提示“上传失败”，展示实际传成功的百分比。
