目前专属资源池用户需要人工拖进组织，并人工移除组织，后续付费流程启动后，会有多种算力需求场景及使用期限，管理员容易误操作。建议针对需求通过的用户设置专属资源池权限后，自动实现权限生效时间及失效时间，并通过启智服务号提前1小时提醒用户。
