【选择模型】收藏的模型失去访问权限后仍然能被选中

正式环境存在该问题。
复现步骤：
1.收藏模型modelA
2.新建云脑任务，选择模型—我收藏的模型，能看到modelA
3.modelA设置为私有，使得无权限看modelA
4.新建云脑任务，选择模型—我收藏的模型
期望结果：能看到modelA，但是无法勾选
实际结果：还能选择modelA 创建云脑任务。

期望效果：能看到modelA且无法勾选，但不展示modelA下面的文件列表。参考数据集。
