用户在平台发起迁移huggingface模型后，再也找不到入口了。
比如我上午9点发起迁移1个200GB的模型，下午2点我想看 迁移进度了，发现找不到这个模型了。
现在有2个方法去找：去模型广场——公开模型，排序 找最新创建的
或者记住 发起迁移时的仓库地址 ，去仓库下找模型

建议新建云脑任务加一个外部模型的tab，平台创建任务时找模型的体验不是很好，平台有很多重名的模型，搜索匹配也不是很精确
