大规模计算任务一般都需要专属的资源池，新版本云脑就要创建单独的群组才能满足需求，大规模计算任务完成后，资源一般会释放，那么任务计算留下的算法、数据 怎么转移到个人用户， 个人用户一般在公共群组

目前用户可能是跨多个项目，也经常涉及到跨群组之间的数据共享，建议增加给部分内容
