1.在模型列表的界面中，下载按钮是默认将所有东西打包然后下载，能不能实现一个功能，就是可以选择自己想要的东西来下载，而不是全部下载。
2.同一个账号当中的不同群组的算法可不可以做到共享？
3.能不能在notebook模式和训练模式下面加一个选择以往模型文件的接口，方便在notebook模式和训练模式下可以用到以往的模型参数，不用自己手动下载了在以新算法的形式上传。

使用了可读写的userhome目录之后，一切问题基本已经解决，但是却偏离了以前想将code dataset和model三个目录分开管理的代码规范的初衷
