#482 训练所得的模型参数也可以选择挂载到训练任务或者notebook中

模型训练完之后，所得的模型参数不支持重新挂载在下一个训练任务或者notebook上面，只能通过手动下载再次上传的方式来实现训练重载和模型微调。由于我们是做大模型的，模型大小动则几个G，这种下载上传的方式严重限制了大模型的训练速度和模型的扩大化工作。希望可以将训练所得的模型参数也可以选择挂载到训练任务或者notebook中，示例如下：
