飞桨PaddlePaddle支持华为昇腾NPU的安装、训练和推理，是否平台能够进一步完善NPU的镜像，在NPU集群中提供飞桨框架？

新建NPU训练任务时，已可以选择飞桨PaddlePaddle镜像，关闭该任务。
