有时候现在自己的项目里面使用别的项目的的数据集，现在需要先下载然后上传到自己的项目里面。

希望提供一个链接别的项目的数据集的功能。

别的项目的数据集，如果是公开的，您可以先收藏这个数据集，然后在新建云脑任务时，通过“我收藏的”页签找到这个数据集。

在项目数据集页签下面，新增了关联数据集功能，可以把别的项目的数据集关联过来，展示在当前项目中，欢迎使用。
