想用NPU的时候，发现以前在GPU环境的数据要重新传一遍传到NPU的环境。

平台能不能提供一键同步的功能，用户需要在两个环境内使用某数据集的时候，用户可以选择同步过去，平台内来迁移和同步。而不是用户下载数据，再上传到NPU的环境。
