新建推理任务失败后再次提交会报错“模型版本不能为空”

复现步骤：
1.新建推理任务，启动文件填写1个不存在的文件名，点击提交后报错“启动文件错误”
2.重新编辑信息，再次提交
期望结果：提交成功
实际结果：提交失败，页面报错“模型版本不能为空”，但是再次提交之前，页面上模型版本是有值的。
