云脑2训练任务目前版本的npu指定需要在运行参数上加上：
device_target值为Ascend
云脑2侧已经修复了这个问题，默认是Ascend。
验证方法：加上参数 device_target=CPU，查看是CPU下运行的。
通过测试，关闭此单。
