1、训练任务详情页面，GPU训练任务，增加创建模型。
2、导入新模型时，支持导入GPU训练任务输出的模型。
3、导入新模型页面，训练任务选择GPU的，版本为第一个版本V0001。

发现2个问题：
1.字段名称不一致。有时叫模型框架、有时叫AI引擎，建议统一。
2.gpu模型详情页，模型框架值为空

导入模型时模型框架选了TensorFlow，列表值仍然显示Pytorch。
gpu模型详情页，代码分支的SHA、规格没显示值。
